麥芽威士忌的製作過程中,烘烤(Kilning)階段是將已經開始發芽的大麥,利用加熱的方式烤乾其內部水份以便中止其發芽過程的一道步驟。圖中明顯可見到這些 zh:大麥已經長出了相當長度的芽,但尚未去除榖殼。
