A Flickr email from the photographer (Graeme Mulholland) to me on 3rd March 2007 ran "Hi there, Feel free to take and crop the photo of tiffany and Sir Edmund Hillary. Thanks for asking before just ripping it off! I may have a slightly higher res copy if thats not big enough. Just let me know. Cheers". Andeggs ( talk) 13:59, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
Graeme Mulholland (the photographer) has now kindly updated this photo on Flickr to Creative Commons Share-Alike Generic. This should mean there is no need to delete it.
The only thing required to bring the photo up to its license is a credit to Graeme Mulholland underneath the photo.
I took this photo and gave permission for it to be released for use on Wikipedia. I can be contacted on graeme.mulholland@gmail.com if further verification is required.
