English: Thaddeus Coleman Pound ( December 6, 1833 in Elk Township - November 21, 1914 in Chicago) was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly and the Wisconsin State Senate. Pound was Lieutenant Governor of Wisconsin 1870 - 1872. He was a member of the United States House of Representatives from Wisconsin from 1877 until 1883.
