Summary

Description A small bowl of hot smoked Spanish paprika (pimentón de la vera, picante). Photo taken in Kent, Ohio with a Panasonic Lumix digital camera (model DMC-LS75). Paprika purchased from The Spice House, United States. The smoky flavor is created through the smoking of red chili peppers over an oak fire for several weeks.
