Description Probably more people than platform has ever seen; on the left passengers disembark from the 'Tunnel Explorer' excursion, and on the right arrives with one of the trips back from the Channel Tunnel. This was on 5 May 1994 as part of the "Folkstone 1994" celebrations; the two units 319008/319009 had previous made a full crossing of the Channel Tunnel on 10 December 1993
