Description Mariinsky Hospital (with monument to Fyodor Dostoyevsky), Moscow. Dostoyevsky was born here. The statue was created by Sergey Merkurov in 1919 at the Tsvetnoy Boulevard, then was moved to Dostoevsky Street 2 near the Mariinsky Hspital.
