Well - the image is public domain in the United States, but not necessarily in other jurisdictions, because it was created before 1923 but there are issues elsewhere with author death dates and such and such... Blankfaze 17:36, 10 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- stuff that is public domain in the us only seems to be accepted here at present (we have a tag for it which is listed on the official tags page in the section with the acceptable tags). Plugwash 15:29, 11 Apr 2005 (UTC)
