- The problem with this change, which we have at the moment with the rules that are still in place, is that we cannot support usurpations to the accounts which actually edited, unless they are okeyed by the owner. This user had just 1 edit 3 years ago, but still we need his/her approval to proceed. If it doesn't work out, it is quite likely that the policies will change soon anyway.
