Pharrell Williams (ur. 5 kwietnia 1973 w Virginia Beach, Virginia) – amerykański producent muzyczny, wokalista i raper. Tworzy głównie rap, hip-hop, R&B, funk i rock. Związany z formacją N.E.R.D (wraz z Chad Hugo i Shayem Hayleyem) i The Neptunes (duet wraz z Chadem Hugo). Współpracował z takimi gwiazdami jak: Snoop Dogg, Jay-Z, Gwen Stefani, Nas, P. Diddy, Busta Rhymes, Kelis, T.I., Ludacris, Madonna, Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Lopez, Beyonce, Nelly, LL Cool J, Ciara, 50 Cent i wieloma innymi. Założyciel własnej wytwórni Star Trak Entertainment.
Jego linia odzieżowa nosi nazwę Billionaire Boys Club, a linia obuwia sportowego Ice Cream. 25 lipca 2006 roku ukazał się jego debiutancki album In My Mind, na którym współpracuje m.in. z Jay-Z, Gwen Stefani, Kanyem West.
