Rock and Roll, to singel angielskiej grupy muzycznej Led Zeppelin promujący jej czwarte wydawnictwo zatytułowane IV. Autorami kompozycji byli gitarzysta Jimmy Page, wokalista Robert Plant, basista John Paul Jones i perkusista John Bonham. Utwór został zmikoswany przez Andy'ego Johns'a w Island i Olympic Studios, który ponadto odpowiadał za inżynierię dźwięku.
Utwór ten był interpretowany przez wielu wykonawców byli to m.in. grupy Heart, Van Halen, Manowar czy wokalista Kid Rock i Roger Daltrey. W 2004 roku utwór został wykorzystany przez koncern motoryzacyjny General Motors w serii reklam samochodów marki Cadillac.
