Vandana Shiva

Vandana Shiva (ur. 5 listopada 1952 w Dehra Dun, Uttarakhand, w Indiach) – fizyk, ekofeministka, działaczka na rzecz środowiska i publicystka indyjska. Obecnie mieszkająca w New Delhi, Shiva napisała ponad 300 artykułów do czasopism naukowych i technicznych.
W 1993 roku, Shiva otrzymała nagrodę Right Livelihood Award (znaną jako Alternatywna Nagroda Nobla), za "umieszczenie kobiet i ekologii w centrum współczesnej problematyki rozwoju"[1].
