Los que estan interesado por el tema de Condor seguro estaran tambien interesado a mejorar a Gladio, cual ha estado vinculado con Condor. Ejemplos? Los servicios secretos italianos han estado acusados de ayudar a disimular pruebas de la implicacion de la DINA en el atentado contra Bernardo Leighton. El terroristo italiano Stefano Delle Chiaie fue contactado por Michael Townley para hacer este atentado. Tambien estaba a Montejurra. Mira tambien a Clearstream. A primera vista, nada que ver, aparte que es un escandalo mayor que interesara a los que apoyan a ATTAC... pero quien sabe lo que hay detras de todo eso...

He sacado la palabra supuestamente del parrafo abajo citado. Ya que Estados Unidos mismo ha asumido responsabilidad en la constitucion del plan condor a raiz de ciertos documentos dados a conocer de la CIA (que incriminaban tanto a los regimenes militares latinoamericanos abajo citados como a Estados Unidos). Decir supuestamente es como considerar altamente probable (o no) la factibilidad de la información, y no darla por cierta. Y la misma ha sido reconocida por una parte de los incriminados, y sobre la otra parte se puede conseguir tambien la informacion, agradeceria que no vuelvan a agregar esa palabra.

La Operación Cóndor es el nombre con el que se indica a un plan de inteligencia y coordinación entre los servicios de seguridad de los regímenes militares del Cono Sur -Argentina, Chile, Brasil, Paraguay, Uruguay y Bolivia- en la década de los 70, que se constituiría en una organización clandestina internacional para la práctica del terrorismo de Estado con la cooperación de los Estados Unidos.

No somos jueces, tampoco podemos poner opiniones personales (recuerda el PVN). Este plan es supuesto, al igual que Plan Zeta, y ahí también se determinó dejarlo como "supuesto". Por una razón muy simple, no hay ningún juicio internacional que afirme o niegue la real existencia de un plan. No cabe duda de que en todos estos países se violaron los DDHH, pero aún no se oficializa la información de que lo hacían como parte de un plan multinacional. Te sugieron no insistir con la palabrita, o sino no quedará otra que incluir plantilla de discutido, ...si es que no provocas un juicio en contra de wikipedia por afirmar como hechos reales cosas que están en proceso y estudio. --Südlich 03:44 13 jun 2006 (CEST)

Creo que interpretas muy alegremente el PVN. El punto de vista mayoritario es que el plan existió, ya que existen numerosos documentos que así lo atestiguan y si mal no recuerdas, el juez Garzón procesó a Pinochet por su implicación en la operación Cóndor (lástima que estuviera senil el pobre, aunque parece que no lo suficiente para llenarse los bolsillos) y los simpáticos británicos, esos que luego llevaron la democracia a Irak, lo devolvieron a casa para que no fuese juzgado. Así que si quieres incluir un apartado con el punto de vista minoritario (esto es, que Pinochet y sus adláteres niegan no sólo la implicación de la dictadura chilena en la operación sino incluso su existencia, enconces adelante). --Ecemaml (discusión) 08:43 13 jun 2006 (CEST)

No es necesario hacerlo ya que el artículo está redactado en forma condicional o pospretérita, ..."habría", eso deja claro que no hay suficiente evidencia como para afirmarlo. Y la sección "más evidencia" es para la risa ya que las "evidencias" lo son. Lo de la cía es un rumor (y así se menciona, así que no haré cambio) y las otras evidencias son simplemente infantiles, tales como "volando como un cóndor". Por eso consideré necesario puntualizar que es un plan supuesto (la coordinación, no la violación de los ddhh). De todos modos no descarto incluir evidencias en contra, serían un buen aporte. Che, flaco, no tenes idea de nada. Como podes decir que la disputa por latinoamerica no tuvo nada que ver con la guerra fria? En que mundo vivis? La primera fuente fue plagiada de manera exacta aquí, desde el diario chileno La Tercera, de un reportaje publicado el año 2001, y la segunda fuente es un artículo publicado el año 2000 por el diario chileno El Mostrador. La Operación Condor es una mera continuación de la Operación Phoenix . Incluso muchos de los asesinos de la Operación 40, opertativos Phoenix fueron insertados en acciones terroristas en Condór. Bosch y los hermanos Novo son terroristas asesinos entrenados para la Operación 40 de la CIA.

La Operacion Condor fue "creada" por el General Contreras CURIOSAMENTE después de una visita OFICIAL a Langley de 15 dias en la que tuvo reuniones con Ted Shackley y otros creadores de la Operación Phoenix. Y de la que salio con 50.000 dolares en su maletin segun articulos de los archivos desclasificados de la CIA.

La Operacion Phoenix ha sido un continuo creado desde los tiempos de Adolfo Hitler y su Operacion Frio Glaciar en la que desaparecian a los opositores politicos para quebrar a sus núcleos de apoyo , es decir a sus familias. La experiencia de las Waffen SS en la Europa ocupada pasó directamente a las guerras coloniales de Francia e Inglaterra de la POst Guerra por medio de Waffen SS desmovilizados y no desnazificados. Una vez rendidos los Paras Franceses en Dien Bien Phu , el relevo de la Represion paso a manos de los Norteamericanos , los que aplicaron el mismo esquema cartesiano de identificación de subversivos que los franceses y nazis previamente. A esto le colocaron Operacion Phoenix. Cuando el patio trasero empezo a arder trasladaron los golpes militares por medio de Acción Ejecutiva y la Represion por medio de Phoenix a Latino America, Pero se suponia (¿?) que Estados Unidos NO estaba involucrado asi que no podia seguir llamandose Phoenix. Tu texto decía "La Operación Condor es una mera continuación de la Operación Phoenix . Incluso muchos de los asesinos de la Operación 40, opertativos Phoenix fueron insertados en acciones terroristas en Condór. Bosch y los hermanos Novo son terroristas asesinos entrenados para la Operación 40 de la CIA".

Vamos por partes. "La Operación Condor es una mera continuación de la Operación Phoenix", eso no lo puedes afirmar tú, debes decir quién lo afirma y poner la fuente. La segunda parte: "Incluso muchos de los asesinos de la Operación 40, opertativos Phoenix fueron insertados en acciones terroristas en Condór". Es una redundancia, ya lo dijiste en la primera. Y la tercera parte de tu texto dice: "Bosch y los hermanos Novo son terroristas asesinos entrenados para la Operación 40 de la CIA". Eso nada tiene que ver con el tema de Operación Cóndor, más parece una opinión altamente no-neutral. ¿Qué es lo rescatable?, nada más que el primer párrafo del texto, y lo incluí, sólo basta que pongas la referencia. --Südlich 10:03 30 sep 2006 (CEST)

[editar] Promoción del terrorismo de estado o Contraterrorismo?

Quisiera comentar que leyendo la versión inglesa del artículo "Operación Cóndor", la definen como "Counter-Terrorism" (contraterrorismo) a las acciones llevadas a cabo, y no como "terrorismo de Estado" (postulado que considero correcto).
