Anthony Quinn, właściwie Antonio Rudolfo Oaxaca Quinn (ur. 21 kwietnia 1915 w Chihuahua w Meksyku - zm. 3 czerwca 2001 w Bostonie w USA), aktor amerykański pochodzenia meksykańsko-irlandzkiego, lecz także malarz i rzeźbiarz.

Nim związał swoje życie z aktorstwem, pracował między innymi jako rzeźnik, zatrudniał się przy uboju zwierząt, był również bokserem, a jako mały chłopiec - pucybutem i gazeciarzem. Ojciec trzynaściorga dzieci - ostatnie z nich urodziło się, gdy aktor przekroczył już osiemdziesiątkę. Najbardziej kojarzona z Quinnem postać to rola tytułowa w filmie Grek Zorba. Często zresztą wcielał się w postaci Greków i Romów. Skarżył się nawet, że dla producentów jest dyżurnym "Indianinem" Hollywood. Był symbolem trochę dzikiej, surowej męskiej krzepy i siły. Największe swoje kreacje stworzył w filmach "Krew na piasku", "La Strada", "Człowiek z Rio", "Dzwonnik z Notre Dame", "Działa Navarony", "Lawrence z Arabii", "Dzieci Sancheza", "Lew Pustyni", "Stary człowiek i morze". Wielkim fanem Anthony'ego był reżyser David Lean. Ostatni film z udziałem Quinna, "Słodka Zemsta" (ang. Avenging Angelo) wszedł na ekrany już po śmierci aktora. Zmarł w Bostonie w wyniku komplikacji oddechowych związanych z rakiem krtani. Miał 86 lat.

W ramach podziękowania za wypromowanie Grecji rolą w filmie "Grek Zorba", rząd grecki ochrzcił jego imieniem i nazwiskiem zatokę na wyspie Rodos.

Kilkakrotnie nominowany do Oskara, zdobył tą nagrodę za najlepszą rolę drugoplanową w filmach: Viva Zapata! (1952) i Pasja życia (1956)
