mascarpone – 250 g (8.8 oz)
whipped cream – 300 g (10.6 oz)

for the glaze:
chocolate – 100 g (3.5 oz)
butter – 40 g (1.4 oz)
roasted and crushed hazelnuts – 30 g (1 oz)
